Reincarnation (literally meaning 'to be made flesh again') is the process of one soul being reborn into another body, after the death of its previous one. It is a key part of many belief systems, such as Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism and Spiritualism. It was also a belief of some early Christian sects, such as the Gnostics. Reincarnation is an incredibly widespread concept, with early believers include peoples as diverse as the Indians, some Greek philosophers such as Plato, the Nordic peoples, and the Native Americans. This, coupled with research that supports it, makes reincarnation seem even more likely to exist.
